4. Request for disciplinary actions against prosecutors
Madalina Dumitru requires to the prosecutors' office of the Supreme Court of Cassation and of Justice Bucharest an internal investigation and, following the investigations, to decide a disciplinary action against 4 prosecutors, disciplinary sanctions as required, exclusion from magistracy and the civil responsibility of the sanctioned prosecutors.
She accuses psychical and mental pressures, having a gun pointed at her for hours, being dragged to the Prosecutors' Office and forced to give a statement against her will, falling into public contempt and disregard, and being repudiated and marginalized by her friends, family schoolmates, professors Also, her right to own image was seriously violated since the prosecutors hand over to TV channels and newspapers the video cassettes shot during the house search 4 and part of the penal prosecution evidences having Madalina Dumitru as a subject.

One day after the political order at the Social Democratic Party (PSD) meeting held on 27 March, Mr. Bivolaru was restrained at the border.
On the 28 th of March, following some ambiguous news about an interdiction to leave the country, Mr. Gregorian Bivolaru went to Nadlac border point to check whether he was confined to the border or not.
On March 18 2004, during a violent house search, Madalina Dumitru was filmed, against her will, barely dressed, treated brutally, threatened, the gun pointed to her head by masked men.
The lawyers of Gregorian Bivolaru filed in September 2004 an application to the European Court for Human Rights.
On 4 October 2004 the lawyers of Gregorian Bivolaru request the reassignment of the case to a court outside Bucharest.
Because of the lack of evidence the Bucharest Tribunal issued on 15 April 2005 a new arrest warrant against Gregorian Bivolaru for the crime of trafficking persons.
