The campaign in some newspapers an TV stations started years before the 2004 in order to convince the public that Gregorian Bivolaru is already "guilty as charge".
The virulence of the press campaign attained its climax in March 2004. Basically, most media tried to turn the population against MISA yoga students and trigger a “witch-hunt”.

Here is a partial statistics, that takes an account of the number of articles on this subject published in the main central newspapers of Bucharest.
According to the statistics, only during the period 19th of March - 31st of April 2004, there have appeared at least 30 leading articles and 70 articles on the cover. The image of the Yoga school and of its spiritual mentor have been presented in more than 453 photos attached to the articles and 14 drawings and caricatures. In the main, the tendency of these articles was negative, incriminating the activity of M.I.S.A and of its mentor Bivolaru.
